I favour Swiss Young Boys Bern in this duel and I choose to bet in the safer handicap variant where we get our stake back if Bern wins by a goal.

In the second qualification round, Bern knocked out Slovan Bratislava with a 0:0 draw away and then won 3:2 at home. In the third round, they beat Romanian Cluj and also decided the match in the second leg at home after a 3:1 win.

Ferencvaros have a relatively easy time against Zalgiris in the second round, but in the third round they were quite lucky to advance over Slavia Prague, being the worse team in both matches.

What matters for my bet here is that Bern is playing at home, because Bern plays at home on artificial grass and it's causing problems for a lot of teams, even those that are much better than Ferencvaros.
Bern has a better quality team, which is confirmed by their team value, which is at €61m, while the value of Ferencvaros is at €39m. Moreover, the quality of the Swiss league is much higher than that of the Hungarian league.

I was about to write a tip for this, not needed anymore.

Young Boys is going to conquer this game, Ferencvaros isn't stronger than Cluj and they were under fire in Bern, 3-1 as you mentioned. I believe this will be pretty same.

Young Boys 3:2 Ferencvaros = Bet is refunded

Ferencvaros went 1:0 up in the 14th minute, but Young Boys quickly responded and score a goal, 1:1 in the 16th minute. But then Young Boys gets red card in the 25th minute and Ferencvaros have a penalty which they missed. Before the end of the first half Young Boys went 2:1 up. In the 65th minute the home team scored a goal to make it 3:1. Unfortunately, Ferencvaros managed to score before the end of the match to make it 2:3 and that was the end of the result.
