In this match, I think it's an interesting bet on more than 216.5 points, because:
1. Chicago is playing with most of its important players - DeRozan, LaVine, Vucevic. With these 3 players in the lineup, they are averaging 123 points per game in their last 5 games, which is the highest average in the entire NBA this season.
2. Washington has Beal again in the lineup, Kuzma is also not missing. In the last 5 games, Wizards are averaging 110.2 points per game, even though Beal hasn't played in 3 of them.
3. Both teams have been conceding quite a lot of points lately - Chicago 112.8 points per game in their last 5 games, Washington 109.8, which gives us a combined average of 222.6 points, which suits this bet.
Given the above, I think the offenses on both sides will be able to produce at least 217 points in this game and the current odds are good enough.
