NHL
Vegas has been one of the strongest teams in the NHL since its creation and this year is no different. They are currently leading the Western Conference, albeit only one point ahead of their opponent tonight. Anaheim is a pleasant surprise for me this year, personally I would expect them around 10th-11th place. However, in the last two games they didn't impress me so well, the loss to Arizona, which is clearly the worst team this year, and the loss to an average Vancouver speaks for itself, both games were played on home ice. After a long break, Vegas played a game in LA, which can be very tough, but that was not the case and Knights managed to win 6:3.
Vegas is exactly the kind of team that is very hard to beat on their ice, even if they don't quite live up to that prediction this year, they are still one of the better teams out of 17 games with 9 wins in regulation time. The opponents are logically playing badly, this is also true for Anaheim, who managed to win only 2 times in regulation time out of 15 games, but 8 times it went to a draw. At home, Vegas has lost only twice to Ducks out of 11 games.
Together these opponents played 23 games and Vegas won 14 times in regulation time and 5 more games after overtime, which means 19 wins.
I like to bet on the Vegas Knights, they are a big favorite for me in tonight's game.
My bet:
Vegas Golden Knights in regular time @ 1.76 (bet365)
