Here is the game between Toronto Maple Leafs and Los Angeles Kings at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, where I believe the home team Toronto will win.
Toronto: 3rd place in the Eastern Conference, 15 points with a 32:32 score
Los Angeles: 10th in the Western Conference, 11 points with a 30:31 score
Toronto's last 4 games:
Toronto - Boston 5:2
Toronto - Tampa 2:1 (after overtime)
Toronto - Vegas 4:0
Toronto - Detroit 5:4
Toronto is doing very well right now, they have won their last 4 games and are in 3rd place in the Eastern Conference, but the 5th through 8th teams have 14 points and are 1 point behind Toronto, which means Toronto should get some points and solidify their position in the table.
They definitely have the team to do it when they have great players in the team when we look at the players who are scoring points and have 5 or more, we see the following players:
Defense: Morgan Riedly 8 points
Offense: Mitchel Bunting 6 points, Alexander Kerfoot 6 points, Mitchell Marner 12 points, Auston Matthews 8 points, William Nylander 10 points, Jason Spezza 5 points and John Tavares 12 points.
Los Angeles' last 4 games:
Los Angeles - New Jersey 3:2 (after overtime)
Los Angeles - St. Louis 3:2 (after penalty shootout)
Los Angeles - Buffalo 3:2
Los Angeles - Montreal 5:2
Los Angeles has been doing well lately as well, winning their last 4 games and are in 10th place in the Western Conference and the 12th through 14th teams have 9 points, a point less than Los Angeles. However, Los Angeles will have a very tough time here, as they will be facing a much stronger team than they have played against the last few games.
Even in Los Angeles we can find players who can score 5 or more points, but it's not as strong as Toronto. Let's take a look at the players then:
Defense: Doughty Drew 7 points (injured)
Offense: Viktor Arvidsson 5 points, Dustin Brown 6 points, Phillip Danault 5 points, Alex Lafallo 10 points, Artur Kalyier 5 points, Adrian Kempe 6 points and Anže Kopitar 14 points.
Los Angeles has a minus here in that they have their best defenseman Doughty Jersey injured, where experience is further on Toronto's side in this case, where I believe in a Toronto home team win.
My bet:
3-Way: Toronto Maple Leafs @ 1.58 (bet365)
