I favor the Blues here. They've won all five of their games this season. Their score is 25-11. They've beaten Vegas, Arizona, Los Angeles (twice), and once against Colorado (who they play today). Overall, I like their team a lot. I don't see many weaknesses in it. They have won all their games by at least two goals. I think they will beat Colorado again today and extend their winning streak.
Colorado. Last year's strong team. This year, unfortunately, doesn't prove it at all. They have played six games and managed to get only four points (for a win against Chicago and a shootout win against Tampa). Otherwise, they've been beaten by St. Louis, Washington, Florida and Vegas this year. They're off to a disastrous start to the season and I'm not holding out much hope for them to improve in this game.
I think the St. Louis Blues will win. They are playing at home and have already beaten Colorado once this year 5-3 and that was playing at their ice. Besides, at 2.55 on a team that's only won so far, I have to try.
