My favorite here is definitely St. Louis. They're currently in seventh place in the Western Conference with 18 points and a 49-39 score. They've won eight games and lost six. They haven't been very good lately, losing three games in a row. However, they'll have a chance to catch up again to the clearly worst team in this year's NHL, Arizona. Otherwise, their hockey is very effective, only four teams have scored more goals than them this year, but the Blues have one or two games less than them. I believe that St. Louis will win and fix their taste after the bad games. They have the perfect opponent to do so.
Arizona is the last team in the Western Conference and the worst team in NHL. They have played 15 games and have only three points, for a draw with Buffalo and a win over the newcomer Seattle. Their score is 23:60. They're getting big hits from the better teams. Columbus 8-2, St. Louis 7-4, Edmonton 5-1, Tampa 5-1. Karel Vejmelka (goalkeeper) is undoubtedly the best player of this team. If it wasn't for his skill in goal, Arizona's numbers would be even worse. At the same time, I think that if he was catching for any other team, he would have an even higher save percentage.
I think St. Louis will clearly win. They're playing at home and their form is also good. They've played each other once this year and St. Louis won 7-4 in Arizona.
My bet:
Asian Handicap: St.Louis Blues -1.5 @ 1.83 (bet365)
