• Both teams are struggling in the league- Sao Paulo is 14th (23gp, 28pts) - Santos is 16th (22gp, 23pts)
• Still long way to go, gaps between the teams in Serie A are so close so any win will be very important
• Both Sao Paulo and Santos are struggling to score goals in the league (SP - 19 goals, Santos - 20 goals)
• Many injured players on both sides, while Santos having much more trouble between these two

Sao Paulo conceded after few minutes and was pushing for better result even after leveling the score from the penalty spot 10 mins before the half time whistle which was good for our corners bet in the second half. Anyway, no one scored after the half time.
