Tottenham, last season's 7th team will face Chelsea, the last Champions League winner.
Chelsea are playing in great form at the moment, Romelu Lukaku was the last missing piece of Thomas Tuchel's puzzle. He scored the first goal in his first match in Premier League against Arsenal and Chelsea won 2:0. In the first round without him Chelsea defeated Crystal Palace 3:0. They also drew 1:1 with Liverpool (second half Chelsea played wih 10 men) and won 3:0 against Aston Villa in the last league match.
So far this year's games are going well, although the last game against Zenit was difficult, the opponent was dragged down in a deep block, plus some players have a bad day here.
In addition, Chelsea return Ngolo Kanté to the midfield, only Pulisic missing.
As for Spurs, they started the season with three wins and in their last game they got beaten in another London derby by Crystal Palace (0:3). Tottenham have 1-0 wins over Manchester City, 1-0 over Wolves and 1-0 over Watford this season and a 2:2 draw in the Europa League with Rennes. At the moment they are plagued by the absence of more players, they should miss players like Bergwijn, Dier, Lo Celso, Son, Sanchez, which are definitely players that can be counted on in the starting line-up.
