Norwich came back to the Premier League after a short break and nobody expected them to attack the European Cup places, but nobody expected them to have only 1 point after 7 rounds (0:0 draw with Burnley) and to be in the last place of the table. T. Pukki has accounted for 100% of Norwich's goals scored this season, which is an impressive statistic but only until we find out that Norwich's actual score is 2:16.
I've watched some of Norwich's games this season to see if they've just been unlucky or if it's really been such a misery and I have to say it's really been a pain for the eyes. It's still early in league but unless Norwich change something soon I don't think they'll be in Premier League for long again. But to be fair I have to point out that the draw was not kind to Norwich and in the first 2 games they met Liverpool and Man. City.
Brighton on the other hand have been the surprise of this season in PL for me. After 7 rounds, they are in 6th place with 14 points. Brighton don't score many goals but they don't concede many either when they have score of 8:5, only Chelsea and Man City have better defences in league. In attack, Maupay is doing well, having 4 goals in PL this season.
Brighton have a better squad, better form. Plus, I can't and don't want to imagine what the mood is like in the Norwich dressing room after such a poor start to the season. Norwich desperately need a win against some playable opposition to kick on. I don't think Brighton will be that opponent though.
Prediction:
Brighton @ 2.10 (bet365)
