Manchester United, after two postponed matches in a row, played at Newcastle on Monday, but it turned out that the break did not benefit them. The 1-1 draw was saved in the second half by striker Cavani and, given the number of chances for the home side, goalkeeper De Gea. However, United maintained their current seven-match unbeaten run (4-3-0) and will be big favourites against Burnley. After all, they have more points only in two occasions in the past 11 years at this stage of the competition. Burnley last played in the Premier League on 12 December, when they played a goalless draw at West Ham. If it weren't for the fact that the home side are struggling for survival due to their inability to score goals (14) and have failed to score three times in a row, this would probably normally be a cause for celebration. However, coach Sean Dyche knows his players have to work hard and the fact that they have three games in hand on some of their relegation rivals may give them a slight psychological advantage. But that alone won't get them points, and they need to break their five-game streak without a win (0-4-1), and more importantly, start "converting" the high number of draws into at least a couple of wins. But that's not an option today, United have won both games here against teams currently in 16th place or worse, and each time it was by at least three goals.

H2H: (last season)
Man Utd
3:1 Burnley
Burnley 0:1 Man Utd

Prediction:
Asian Handicap: Manchester United -1.0 @ 1.60 (bet365)

Can we trust Manchester United? Maybe we have to... Home stadium, slap in the face last round, weak Burnley to come. I will trust them to bounce back, but I agree with your handicap backing 1 goal difference to return the stake.

Joined AH -1.0, let's hope they will play better than in Newcastle!!!

Corners against Burnley last 5 matches:
(H) West Ham: 14
(A) Newcastle: 10
(A) Wolves: 5
(H) Crystal Palace: 6
(A) Chelsea: 14

Manchester United is in the situation they just need that win, if they fail at home against Burnley, I don't know what should happen next...
Bruno Fernandes is outcarded for this match and while I admire his skills, especially passing skills, I didn't like him lately. When United needed confident game, he always tried to make passes more clever than needed, which ended up in goal kicks etc. Yes his passing accuracy is amazing, but when I expect some simple combination towards the goal, he takes it on his own unnecessarily.

I expect pressure for full 90 minutes as I don't expect United will destroy them with performances they showed lately. Burnley always defend many corners and this should be the outcome again.

I also agree with your tip @Malchus - my personal tip is 2-0. Unfortunately we still can't trust Man United this year.

Manchester United over 7,5 corner kicks @ 2,10 bet365
