NHL: Pre-season
Blues are not doing well in the pre-season, they played 7 games so far, they won 3 and 4 they lost. Columbus has been quite surprising in pre-season so far, they have a strong first line and were able to score on the power play. (Today they will play without their key players). Out of the 6 games, they won 4 times and lost twice.
Blues have a lot of great players in the team, like captain O'Reilly, Kyrou, Perron, Schwenn, and defensemen Parayko and Krug. No doubt they'll go into tonight's game with a lineup that will represent Blues during the season. So far they have not done well in pre-season, but today against a weakened Jackets lineup they will have the upper hand and will win by 2 or more goals in front of the home fans!
Jackets are playing great hockey so far. Laine, Voracek, Texier, Bjorkstrand, Jenner, and Werenski are leading the way. A very strong power play and the ability to score goals. It should be said, that none of these players will play in this match. Jackets are taking 7 young players from the AHL for a last possible tryout and the more notable names will include Sikura, Hoffman, and defenseman Kukan. Pre-season finale for Jackets will be a home game against Pittsburgh.
My prediction: Asian Handicap: St. Louis Blue -1.5 @ 2.10 (bet365)
