COUNTER-STRIKE: Intel Extreme Masters Season XVI - Winter (World) - Winners stage
Team Liquid has quite rightly been referred to as a "dead team" on the professional scene. That's because the lineup no longer trains together at all, in their own words, and so we can't expect any glowing results from them. The big surprise was that they took any wins at all at the BLAST Premier Fall Finals, and that was against Ninjas in Pyjamas. However, more successes are unlikely to be in store. We haven't seen OG Esports on the premier league scene for a long time. The last time was in mid-October, which was quite some time ago - that's when they lost to Heroic in a shootout for another spot in the BLAST Premier Fall Finals at the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown. In the meantime, it's been quiet, and with OG not even showing up to Major, they've had plenty of time to train and quietly prepare for this particular tournament, likely their last of the year. So expect them to be too tough a nut for the unprepared Liquid to crack and notch their first win in a month and a half.
My bet:
OG Esports @ 1.50 (bet365)
