Minnesota is in 1st place in the Western Conference after 22 games with 31 points and a score of 83:66, including 46:30 at home. Minnesota is my favorite team lately because they play nice hockey and score a lot of goals in the last few games. This will be the fourth home game in a row for Minnesota and they won the first three against Winnipeg 7-1, Tampa 4-2 and Arizona 5-2. Especially against Winnipeg and Tampa they showed their quality. Before the game with Winnipeg, Minnesota played New Jersey and won 3:2 after the shootout (New Jersey scored for 2:2 one minute before the end). But Minnesota is great at home and, for example, they scored "seven" 2 weeks ago against Dallas when they won 7:2!
New Jersey is in 11th place in the Eastern Conference after 20 games with 22 points and a 59-63 score, 20-26 in away games. In their last game, they were beaten by offensively struggling San Jose 2-5. Out of their last 8 games, New Jersey has lost 6 of those games, including 2 shootouts.
If Minnesota confirms their offensive form from the last few games, I believe they will get another win in this game.
My prediction: Minnesota Wild (in regular time) @ 1.90 (bet365)
