Premier League
The most goals in the English Football League are in matches of Newcastle (average 4.3 goals per game), followed by Leeds (average 3.8 goals) and West Ham. And it is Newcastle and Leeds who will clash in the fifth league round and I would expect some goals here again.
At home, Newcastle United have lost three of their last four games and have just one point from their draw with Southampton in their last appearance in front of their home fans. They were still leading in the fifth minute of injury time and a mere point was a loss for them. Newcastle continue to be without injured goalkeeper Dúbravka and key striker Callum Wilson. The loss in the last round at Manchester United (1:4) was not so surprising.
Leeds come to St. James Park with two points and a 4:11 score after four rounds. These numbers are a far away from last year's surprising run by the then newcomer, who finished 9th under Marcel Bielsa! If Leeds want to repeat something similar, and more importantly avoid a relegation battle, they need to work fast. They can take hope from both of last year's games, which Leeds won 5-2 and 2-1. Whether they can do it again this year is not certain due to current form, but a lot of goals look likely.
Both teams are still waiting for a win this season and are way down in the table, which is why they should try to win.
My bet:
Over 2.5 Goals and Both Teams to Score - Yes @ 1.90 (bet365)
