It is possible that in a few years time the clashes between Newcastle and Chelsea will be the showpiece of the league and the title race, but in the actual season the home side's position is far from that. Newcastle are still one of the three teams that have not won once in the opening nine rounds. Coach Bruce's sacking has so far only led to a draw at Crystal Palace, which was arranged in the second half by Callum Wilson, whose opening goal last time at home stadium was not enough for points against strong Tottenham (2:3).

Chelsea faced another team that hasn't won yet this season (Norwich) in the last round and it was a simple matter of a big 7-0 win. The Blues still hold their one-point lead over Liverpool, which they definitely shouldn't lose here. Chelsea for me. A quality team going to the ground of a team that hasn't won yet. If they don't underestimate the game and play their game, there is no doubt about the result.
