The Bulls are 10-4 this season, lead the Central Division and are second in the Eastern Conference. They have the third highest shooting percentage (46.8%) in the league. In addition, they have the highest TH success rate (85%) and are third in threes made (36.9%). DeRozan, LaVine, Lonzo Ball and Caruso work great together, and even without Vucevic (covid) they are very dangerous. Demar averages 26.9 points per game and LaVine is at 25.9. They've now played 3 road games in a row, lost to GSW and beat both LA teams by at least 10 points. They now have a game in Portland and then travel to Denver and after that, for two home games. If they had to pick one game to be more active, it would be tonight's. That's because of the altitude difference in Denver.
Portland is 7-8 so far, 6-1 at home. Therefore, the odds are even as the form clearly speaks for Bulls. Lilard and Powell are question marks today, but I expect both to play. However, Dam (20.3 points per game) is not doing so well this year (27.9% from three), while CJ is the team's best scorer so far with 21.3 points per game. Last time they beat Toronto by 5 points.
I think Chicago is the better team right now and I expect them to confirm their great shooting tonight.
My prediction: Chicago Bulls @ 2.0 (bet365)
