It seemed that the win against Lorient had already given Troyes a boost, as they led for almost the whole first half after Dingom's goal against Lille and did not let the home team do anything, but Troyes was not in control in the second half. After the half-time break, they equalised and in the last minutes of the match, Giraudon scored an unfortunate own goal. Troyes proved that they don't need so many chances to score and that when they get a good chance they can convert it, see the team's top scorer Mama Balde or the aforementioned Tristan Dingome.
Bordeaux, still struggling for results, will come to the newcomer's ground. Although the visitors are fourth from the end, they even have three goals better offensive than, say, 3rd placed Marseille (Bordeaux 26 goals, Marseille 23). Vladimir Petkovic's team can rely on the productive trio of Hwang, Elis and Oudin, who have combined for 17 of his team's goals and are playing really well this season. But what troubles Girondins and causes their low position in the table is the defensive performance, 39 goals conceded is undoubtedly the most in the competition. Bordeaux have conceded at least 3 goals four times in their last 5 away games, which is not a good sign at all.
Even the newcomer will score against them, with at least one of the aforementioned offensive trio from Bordeaux answering. We will see a goal on both sides.
My prediction: Both Teams to Score - Yes @ 1.66 (bet365)
