GERMANY: Bundesliga
Leverkusen are in great form, having lost to Dortmund after the September international break, but since then they have won five games in all competitions, kept three clean sheets and scored more than 3.5 goals twice in a row. After seven rounds, Leverkusen (5-1-1) are only a point behind Bayern Munich, who they will now face for the top position in Bundesliga.
The reigning German champions are not in as good a form as Leverkusen, having failed to hold on to their lead over Eintracht Frankfurt in the last round and suffered their first defeat under new coach Julian Nagelsmann. Bayern Munich will be looking to make up for their unexpected loss against Leverkusen, who they have beaten in their last three league games against each other.
