Premier League
Leeds are in crisis at the moment, a lot of players are missing but not through covid like other teams who have games postponed, they are injured. The home team will miss players like: Bamford, Phillips, Cooper, James, Struijk, Rodrigo, Shackleton and Firpo Adames due to cards. These are 8 players from the starting lineup. In the last hours even reports started to surface that Ayling and Cresswell are injured. If we don't believe unconfirmed reports, it still means that Leeds are down to just 9 players who are registered in the senior squad and who can start today, 2 of which are goalkeepers. The rest of the squad and the entire bench will have to be filled out by the junior team. So it's no surprise that Bielsa got his first taste of what it's like to get 7 goals in a game, specifically from Manchester City.
Arsenal are not exactly convincing this season in away games (2-1-5), but where else should they improve their score than here at Elland Road, where they have traditionally done well. There are other concerns at the club - Pierre Emerick Aubameyang lost his captain's armband due to a disciplinary offence and has been placed out of the squad for the time being. But Arsenal have been blasted by others, such as young midfielder Martin Odegaard and Emile Smith Rowe has scored five times this season. Coach Arteta is still pushing his bet on youth, which is working quite well and should bring the desired success this time again. Something with huge potential is brewing at Arsenal, the youngsters are full of desire and will want a shot against a very weakened Leeds side.
My bet:
Arsenal @ 1.75 (bet365)
