After 43 games, Yekaterinburg is out of the playoff position in the Eastern Conference, specifically in 9th place with 40 points. In those games, the home team is nearly even at 121:122. They are currently 2 points behind the playoffs, but right behind them is Khabarovsk, which has the same points as Yekaterinburg, so the fight for 8th place will certainly be interesting. The last five games have been literally misery for Yekaterinburg. The home team is 0-0-1-4, 7:21 and has only one point after a shootout loss to Barys Nur-Sultan.
