Do you remember that 2004/05 season? Jose Mourinho came to face managers like Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger or Rafa Benitez and he built team that conquered the Premier League in his first year. Winning the league with 95 points, only one loss and conceding record low 15 goals.
He also won the League Cup and took Chelsea into the Champions League semi-finals, where Liverpool stopped them to win the trophy later in the epic final against AC Milan.
The Special One then took the Manager of the Year prize.

sacking Ranieri after finishing second behind Arsenal's invincibles was a bit surprise for me, but Mourinho proved there was so much space to take Chelsea to another level... and he did take them to the top level!
