ITF MEN - SINGLES: M25 Toulouse (France), hard (indoor) - 1/16-finals
This match will offer us a duel between the Australian tennis player Tristan Schoolkat (595) and Antoine Escoffier (356) from France.
So I'm definitely going to trust a 29 year old Frenchman Antoine Escoffier who is currently ranked 356th in the world rankings and has a 58/23 record this year. He has reached four futures finals this year and won two of them. He currently holds 5 wins in a row. I like that this season he also beat players like Jianu, Sanchez Jover, Maden, Baldi, Clarke, Ortega Olmedo and those are good wins. In the last tournament, which he won, he beat Gobat, Echeverria, Reymond, Dubrivnyy and in the final McHugh. He has an indoor score of 122/77, so he has plenty of experience there and this year he has 17/8 when he reached the quarter-finals of the Biel Challenger.
On the other side of the court we'll take a look at his opponent which will be 20 year old Australian Tristan Schoolkate who is ranked 602nd in the world rankings and has a 40/18 score this year where he has played all his matches at Futures and also has matches in exhibitions. He won one futures tournament this year. He's a young player who doesn't play badly. In his last match, which was also played indoors, he lost to the slight outsider Damm. His indoor score is 7/2.
