ITF WOMEN - SINGLES: W15 Antalya (Turkey), clay - 1/16-finals
This match will offer us a duel between Korean tennis player Dayeon Back (1043) and Himari Sato (715) from Japan.
Back is a 19-year-old player and her highest ranking in the juniors was 31st. This year she only appeared on the circuit at the end of August on hard in Monastir out of 3 appearances she played 2x second round, as well as here on clay in Antalya. Last time she played only 2 Games with Ukrainian Diatlova.
Sato is also a 19-year-old player and was the highest ranked player among the juniors at 38th. She made her first appearance on the circuit this year in June on the hard in Madrid, beating the likes of Saez Larra to reach the quarterfinal. Other hard tournaments didn't quite work out for her, but in the indoor in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin she beat Sonmez in the final of the qualification and ended up in the 1/8-finals against Shymanovich. She made her first appearance on clay here this year last week and after wins over Soke and Uyar, she fell short in quarte-final to the late finalist, China's Tian.
In this match I will trust the Japanese tennis player, who is a bit more experienced and has played a lot more on clay, especially in the juniors.
Himari Sato to win @ 1.83 (bet365)
