In the last round, Inter worked hard and after two losses (1:3 to Lazio, 1:1 with Juventus) finally got three points in Empoli (2:0). Last year's champion is now seven points behind the leaders, which is not an unbeatable problem at this stage of the league. Fans of the home team will have appreciated Thursday's news of the contract extension of striker Lautaro Martínez, who has signed for the club until 2026, and the Nerazzurri hope that his mission in this jersey will not just end.
Udinese have stabilized after three losses in a row, but four draws in a row is still not an ideal improvement. The last time it looked promising, but Antonin Barak's penalty late in Wednesday's match secured a points share with Verona.
For me, home team Inter. This team has its quality and at home stadium they should pick up points against Udinese, who are struggling and can't finish the games with a winning result.
