COUNTER-STRIKE: Blast Premier: Global Final (Europe) - Winners stage
Heroic are one of the teams at the BLAST Premier World Final that will not be fielding their usual full lineup. Their currently best player, Martin "stavn" Lund, had to temporarily leave the roster for personal reasons, so the Danish team will enter this tournament at a significant disadvantage. Heroic haven't exactly been showing their best recently either, finishing an unfortunate last place at IEM Winter after a surprising loss against Brazil's GODSENT and a Best of 3 loss against European mix FaZe.
Gambit are much better off. They stayed at IEM Winter a lot longer than their Danish counterparts and showed slightly better results. For example, a 2-1 win against FaZe or fnatic. But in the end they fell victim to the later winners of the whole tournament, the French Vitality. Against Heroic they also have a few advantages on the statistical side, they clearly have better current form and lead dominantly on all the maps they play regularly. So I expect a pretty clear victory for the Russian Gambit lineup.
