Ashdod will make their debut in the European Cups. This is the Israeli team that finished third in the league last year.A decent result, but they sold some of their important players before this season. Ashdod lost their last match against H.Beer Sheva 1:2 (Toto Cup - Final). I think that qualitatively it is not up to Qarabak and if the team from Azerbaijan is not underestimated, Ashdod have no chance to advance.

Qarabak, on the other hand, is an experienced team that made it to the Europa League groups last year. I expect a decent performance from them at home, which should be enough to take on a weaker Ashdod without too much trouble. They have played well their last game, they faced Augsburg (friendly), who play in the German first league. The match ended 2-2. I believe Qarabak will do well against Ashdod.
