ROMANIA: Liga 1
Clinceni is only in its second season in the top league. The last one was fantastic when they finished in fifth place. What is even more interesting is that in the current one they have only 4 draws in 14 rounds so far, which puts them in last place.
Rapid Bucharest has a glorious past, having won the title 3 times and the cup 13 times, but this season they are a newcomer to the top league. So far they are playing quite well as they are in eighth place with a 6-5-3 score and if they win today they would pull themselves up to fifth place. Among the players, I would mention the 37-year-old captain, stopper Sapunaru, who has played 37 games for the national team, 105 for Kayserispor or 104 for FC Porto.
Interestingly, Rapid have a 7-1-0 score in their last 8 games against each other.
