Turkish media came with news that 60 years old Fenerbahce fan Ahmet Uysal did not survive Sunday's dramatic league derby win over Galatasaray. He suffered a heart attack in cafe he watched the game and died in hospital shortly after Fenerbahce scored late winning goal (94' Miguel Crespo to make it 2-1 for Fenerbahce). All confirmed by his nephew.
I'm not surprised it happened in Turkey, especially after winning the derby in the last minute, away from home, Galatasaray - Fenerbahce. The fans in Turkey are so emotional and while the younger ones are wild, these older fans show true love for the club. He passed away while celebrating one of the most beautiful emotions, sad but beautiful in other point of view. Of course nothing anyone would like to experience!
Always control your emotions guys, it's just a sport!
