WTA - SINGLES: Olympic Games (World), hard - 3rd place
Kazakhstan's Elena Rybakina (WTA: 20.) and Ukraine's Elina Svitolina (WTA: 6.) will fight for the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
I'm more trusting Rybakina in this fight, who has a good chance of success. In the semifinals Rybakina lost quite "unluckily" to Bencic 1:2 sets, although in almost all "indicators" she was the better player.
Elina Svitolina had to expend a huge amount of strength in the previous matches and in the semi-final she had no chance against great Marketa Vondrousova, 0:2 (3:6 / 1:6).
She has played much less time on court and will definitely be more relaxed than Svitolina who has already played 3 three-sets matches here.
