Dinamo is insolvent (for the second time ). Coach Uhrin has already left, about 12 players have left, no players have come, they have a "stop sign" from FIFA, several players are suing the club as they are in danger of not getting their money etc...
The coach Darío Bonetti came in (an excellent former Inter or Juventus player, but an ultra-defensive coach)
Three seasons ago Dinamo saved them from relegation and this April Voluntari "gifted" them win. But now they should play "clean" because it's the first round. Dinamo will concentrate on defence , the stoppers should be Ehmad (20yrs) and another 17yrs youngster.

Given what's going on with the Dinamo, I think the odds of the visitors winning are worth a try.
