Ooooh what a colorful battle of crests

Okay, so The New Saints won the first leg 4-2, leading 4-0 after 88 minutes and then letting Plzen score twice to make it ALL OPENED to the second leg.

Plzen is a huge favorite to win this match as they conquered the statistics of the first match... beside the result, of course.

For me, TNS's coach Limbrick made me bet on this match in handicap, I always love when coaches say something like "We didn't come to defend the result, we want to score! ... But we know we will be under pressure..." - what is this? Choose one please. When these kind of statements are made, teams then screw it up in most cases.

I think Plzen will score first, I think Plzen will put the pressure from minute 1 and after (if) scoring the first goal, any plans for TNS won't matter anymore as the main goal will be not letting Plzen put the second in...

This is very personal view but the quality difference is notable here and sometimes even outsider scores 4, but just sometimes, I don't believe TNS in this position with 2 goals lead would do any other significant damage.

I expect extra time as the minimum outcome of this match.

I was about to bet on corner kicks for Plzen too but the odds are so low I skip corners bet.

I have to apologize to Saints coach, they really started sharply and slowly turned into defensive fortress, respect to TNS for their dedication.

Anyway, Plzen scored 3 goals in second half and again with two late goals - 85', 91' and then advanced after penalties.

I saw the match, in my eyes, this is undeserved result, as Plzen was on the ball mostly, but they had no idea HOW to get ball into the net and most of their shots were just funny. Lucky them in the end!
