Here is the game when Chicago Blackhawks welcome Calgary Flames to the United Center in Chicago, where I believe in a win for the visiting team.
Chicago: Last 4 games:
Nashville - Chicago 6:1
Dallas - Chicago 4:3 (after overtime)
Chicago - Nashville 2:3 (after overtime)
Chicago - Washington 5:4 (after overtime)
Chicago is not doing well this year and they are in 14th place in the Western Conference, when they lost to Nashville 6-1 last time after a break. Now they will play on home ice when they welcome Calgary and I don't believe Chicago players can beat them. Moreover, Chicago has a problem in goal with Fleury and Lankinen out. If we look at the players who have scored 20 or more points this season, we see the following:
Defense: Jones 23 points
Offense: Debrincat 23 points and Kane 26 points
Calgary: Last 4 games:
Seattle - Calgary 4:6
Calgary - Boston 2:4
Calgary - Carolina 1:2 (after overtime)
San Jose - Calgary 5:3
Calgary is in 6th place in the Western Conference, with their spot uncertain as 7th Edmonton has the same points, 8th Los Angeles have 35 points and 9th Colorado have 34 points. Here you can see that it is close in the table and Calgary has to beat weaker opponents like Chicago. If we look at the players who have 20 or more points this season, we see the following:
Offense: Gudreau 33 points, Lindholm 27 points, Magniapane 21 points and Tkachuk 26 points
So here in this game I believe in a Calgary win because of Chicago's goaltending problem.
My bet:
In regular time: Calgary Flames @ 1.78
