In this match I decided to bet on Chelsea to win.

Since Tuchel came into the club, Chelsea has been a complete replacement. But they can also partly thank Lampard, who bought quality players to Chelsea and expanded the possibilities of the London club. Tuchel took the club and made them champions of Europe. Chelsea have quality at every position and should soon be joined by their former player Romelu Lukaku. He won't play in this game though.
Chelsea has a very good team which they showed at the end of the season even in difficult matches. They played with Manchester City 3 times since 17.04. (1x PL, 1x FA Cup, 1x CL) and all three matches Chelsea won (Total score of these matches: 4:1 for Chelsea). Tuchel beat Guardiola 3 times in 2 months!
Chelsea also have a fantastic pre-season, with a 3W /1D /0L score in 4 games (2:2 Spurs, Arsenal 1:2, Bournemouth 1:2 and 6:1 Peterborough.

Villarreal won the Europe League. In the final, they beat Manchester United (1:1 regular time / 2:1 after penalty shootout for Villareal), but it has to be said that United's players showed a very poor performance.
Even their pre-season was completely disaster for a team like Villarreal, their score is 0W /3D / 3L (Valencia 3:2, 2:2 Lyon, 0:0 Levante, Marseille 2:1, Leicester 3:2, Leeds 2:2).
Villarreal didn't buy any big players - Juan Foyth was here on loan and just went on a permanent transfer. They also bought Diaho from Stade Reims for 12 mil, but those aren't any huge signings. Otherwise only average players came.

Chelsea are in great form from last season and I believe they will do well in this match and the team under the coach Thomas Tuchel will win their first trophy of the season.

I also honestly don't understand that this is a match between the winner of the Champions League and the winner of the Europa League and a game between Man City and Man United would be much more interesting

But hopefully Chelsea will win and make us happy with the ticket.

With Villarreal's quality of defense and Chelsea's quality of offense, I expect there could be a corner kick for Chelsea early, or corner kick for Villarreal from one of the first counter attacks. This is kind of quick bet.

In this match I'll try to bet on a draw in regulation time.

1) I expect the match to be similar to the EL final, where Villarreal will try to decide the match in the penalty shootout
2) It's the first tough game of the season for both teams, and it's a cup game, so it's definitely a closed defence and waiting for the opponent to make a mistake
3) This result is helped by the neutral location in Belfast, so no one has a home field advantage
4) This is also supported by the results from the last few years, when since the Super Cup in Eden (Prague) in 2013, 6 times the match ended in a draw in regular time and only twice (in the last eight years) the match did not go into extra time.
