CHALLENGER MEN - SINGLES: Losinj (Croatia), clay - 1/16-finals
So I really have no choice in this match and I have to play a win here for a 28 year old Italian named Franco Agamenone who is ranked 226th in the world rankings and it's the best ranking of his career. He has a beautiful 80/22 score this year and has won 5 futures tournaments and 2 challengers! He was in the final 10 times this year. I like that he was able to beat Cazaux, Zekic, Diaz Acosta, Borges, Peniston, Pucinelli, Baez... As far as clay is concerned, he's 50/15 this year and 348/227 overall. He reached the semifinals at his last tournament.
On the other side of the court we will take a look at his opponent, a 20 year old Croatian tennis player named Duje Ajdukovic who is currently ranked 261st in the world rankings and has a 26/23 score this year where he has not won a tournament and has only reached one Challenger semifinal. This year he was beaten even by Galovic, Furness, Gimeno Valero, Robredo... He doesn't play bad tennis, but I don't think he has the quality of his opponent at the moment. He's 97/55 on clay in his career.
So for me, Agamenone, I trust him enough.
My prediction: Franco Agamenone to win @ 1.61 (bet365)
