Bayern got a "five" last week at Gladbach (DFB Pokal), but they made up for it this weekend by beating Union 5:2 in Berlin. In the Bundesliga they average 3.8 goals per game and in the CL group 3 games = 12 goals! An incredible force, mainly driven by Robert Lewandowski - the older he gets, the better he plays. He is 33 years old this year, has played 15 games in all competitions and has scored 19 times. Bayern won 4-0 in Lisbon.
Benfica drew 1-1 at Estoril at the weekend, concending a goal at the very end of the game. As far as the group is concerned, the Portuguese giants will fight for the second promotion place with Barcelona, who they beat 3-0 at Estadio da Luz. Bayern will confirm their sovereignty and go for a clear victory. There will also be a higher number of goals scored on his side.
In this bet it is mainly about whether the guests are able to score. And I think that's very likely. Bayern have been pretty shaky defensively the last 2 games. First they got beaten in the German Cup 5:0 by Mönchengladbach and last time at the weekend they conceded 2 goals by Union Berlin.
My bet:
Bayern Munich to win and Both Teams to Score - Yes @ 2.40 (bet365)
safer bet: Asian Handicap: Bayern Munich -1.5 @ 1.50 (bet365)
