Champions League
For the first time since the 1972/1973 season, Barcelona lost their opening two matches in the European Cups. 0 points, 0 goals scored and even 0 shots on target! Realistically, there's a real danger that this might not even be a qualification to the 1/8-finals. They certainly don't want to take that on themselves and that's what the game will look like. If there's one thing they can count on, it's their home stadium. Barca beat Valencia 3-1 at the weekend and are seventh in the league table. Nothing special, so at least a small positive is that the healed striker Sergio Agüero (played the last few minutes) was already available.
Dynamo last won an away game in the Champions League in November 2015 (against Porto) and it would be a big surprise if the team from the Ukrainian capital managed to break that record at the Camp Nou. Although they lead the table of the league with a 9-2-0 with a score of 29-3 after eleven rounds.
Barcelona seems to have come out of the crisis and have improved a lot. The last two home games have excellent parameters and especially now Fati and Coutinho (+ Aguero) are back and the quality has picked up immediately, which was felt by Valencia at the weekend 3-1. Barcelona's quality is still at a very high level and for a team like Kiev that will be plenty. If Barcelona want to advance, they have to score here and with the players recovered there is a huge chance that it will be by a significant difference.
My bet:
Asian Handicap: Barcelona -1.5 @ 1.75 (bet365)
