In this game, I chose St. Louis Blues forward and captain Ryan O'Reilly. The 30 year old forward has been a mainstay for the Blues for the fourth season and he's still doing very well.
Ryan is returning to the lineup after he was put on the "Covid list" and had to sit in quarantine. I expect a huge desire and enthusiasm on his part to play and help the team in this game, which he confirmed in the interview. He is a first line forward as well as a first power play player, he has 5 points in 5 games so far for 2 goals and 3 assists, which is definitely a statistic the Blues expect from their Captain.
St. Louis travels to Anaheim today, which has been doing quite well in recent games, winning the last three games 3:1 (Arizona), 4:0 (NJD), 4:2 (Montreal) and at home they are third in the Western Conference, having managed to get 9 points out of the 13 points they have. But it's fair to say that the team coming to Anaheim tonight is of a slightly different quality than the last three mentioned. St. Louis has the best defense in the Western Conference right now. They are currently 3rd in the Western Conference with 15 points after 9 games and a 36:21 score.
Ryan O´Reilly will come into tonight's game with a great motivation help the team to another win. He will be on the first power play line, which by the way, St. Louis has the second best power play line in the league right now. With an icetime at least 20 minutes, he will definitely be able to get at least a point tonight.
My bet:
Canadian points: O'Reilly Ryan gets a point until decision @ 1.65
