ITF WOMEN - SINGLES: W60 San Bartolome de Tirajana (Spain), clay - 1/16-finals
Yvonne Cavalle-Reimers is a player from Spain who has basically been on the ITF tournaments her whole career, she is mostly a clay court player with a clay court score of 312/198. This year she is in excellent form with a 45/18 score, 27/10 on clay.
At the beginning of the year, she did very well on the hard surface at home in Manacor, where she reached the final twice and the semifinals once.
She is 395th in the rankings (334th maximum).
Sofia Sanchez is from Mexico and also plays in ITF tournaments. She is a universal player, but she suits me a bit more for hard surface, which is also proved by the fact that this year she is 5/9 on clay and 19/10 on hard. She won Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) and reached the semifinals in Rome (USA) from earlier in the season. Her overall score this year is 24/19. She's not doing well in Europe on clay, for example, it has now lost three games in a row, losing all of them 2:0. She only beat the bad Eikeri this year and won a set against the excellent Udvardy.
In this match I trust more the home player, who has good form from the qualification.
My bet:
